After we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your item qualifies for replacement, we will send a new product after receiving the returned one.
If the product is unavailable, you may choose:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Kritcart will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return courier charges.
